It is part of our philosophy that respect and honesty, alongside passion and meticulous expertise, provide the best foundation for stable partnerships—Alban and Elgenta Thaci have been living this philosophy since 1991. Back then, they came together from Albania and made Austria their new home. Starting from nothing, they built a successful company with a little luck, detailed expertise, and a lot of hard work.

Today, the couple and their two children, Frenky and Amanda, share common values and work as reliable partners in sustainable real estate projects, from modern residential complexes to exclusive luxury buildings. But no matter what the Thaci family tackles next, decisions are made together. At home, around the kitchen table. And only when everyone is truly convinced and on board do they give the go-ahead.
