A&E Thaci: a strong driver for our development
A&E Thaci Immobilien GmbH, founded in 2011, acts as a holding company for the individual companies and is a partner to the public sector for real estate, property development, and much more. The company owns and manages the commercial properties of THT Thaci Trockenbau with its two locations in Pinsdorf (Upper Austria) and Stitzenberg-Reidling (Lower Austria).
The holding company also acts as the operational manager of our residential complexes and takes care of activities such as letting and administration. It also has a financial stake in all property development projects and manages all legal and financial matters in this context, including financing concepts and marketing.

In 1991, Alban and Elgenta Thaci came to Austria from Albania with nothing but courage, expertise, and the desire to build something of their own. Today, A&E Thaci Immobilien GmbH is a true family business. From the very first steps to successful property development projects, the family has always been at the heart of every decision.
