Steffelbauer apartements
In 2021, the entire residential complex in Pinsdorf was extensively renovated and specially equipped for use as worker accommodation, including 32 rooms and 8 apartments. The aim of the project was to create functional and comfortable living space for workers who are temporarily employed in the region.
The complex comprises several single, double, and shared rooms, all of them are fully furnished. Each room has single beds, its own kitchenette with stove, microwave, and refrigerator, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a TV, dining table, chairs, and wardrobe. Some rooms also have a balcony. Bed linen and towels are provided.

In addition, there are plenty of free parking spaces available directly in front of the building. A laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is available for guests’ convenience. Regular cleaning of the rooms by our own cleaning team was part of the concept – including fresh linen every two weeks.
The location in Pinsdorf is characterized by good infrastructure: shopping facilities, pharmacies, banks, and restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity. The A1 motorway is only five minutes away.
